Tips for getting through Blue Monday, and beyond.

Today is considered to be Blue Monday, the most depressing day of the year, due to people’s mood being affected by the post-Christmas finances, the cold weather, the long, dark days and, what seems to be, an endless stretch before summer arrives.

We've put together some hints and tips to help you to survive, not just Blue Monday, but the winter season in general.
