Insomnia

Insomnia is characterised by either: sleep onset insomnia where one experiences difficulty falling asleep or maintenance insomnia where one wakes frequently or early.

Insomnia can be both acute - lasting between one and six months, or chronic - lasting years.

Insomnia is an extremely common complaint with many causes. Your nutrition mission therapist will look at all of the factors that may be causing your insomnia, making recommendations to aid restful sleep.
